We began by demolishing the existing bathrooms with care and precision. After demolition, we installed Durock cement boards to create a strong, waterproof surface ideal for wet areas. We then applied waterproofing membranes to protect against moisture damage. Two new bathtubs and vanities were professionally installed, followed by tile and flooring installation using thinset mortar for a durable and even finish. We upgraded the lighting fixtures and installed sliding doors for the bathtubs to enhance accessibility and style. Showerheads were replaced with modern models. To ensure smooth and flawless walls, we applied a level five mud finish, primed all surfaces, and completed the project with paint. All work was done under proper permits obtained from the city, with licensed general contractors and plumbers involved. The entire project passed city inspections successfully, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards.
